As I understand it, homeschooling is a legal option under Oklahoma Law.  Oklahoma laws pertaining to home education include Oklahoma Constitution, Art. XIII, Sec. 4; Title 70 O.S. 1-109; and the Attorney General's Opinion No. 73-129.
